Sirajardin

The story of a new brand on the market plays a crucial role in positiong, especially in real estate, where brands (also) have an impact on the infrastructure of the urban landscape.

This is the story of Sirajardin, an oasis in the city of Iași (Romania).

scope of work

Everything began with a general discussion about the process of developing a brand identity and the importance of this step for the success of the future business. After we had finished, we were happy to find out that we were going to handle the development of the brand identity and the naming, the design of the website and the social media strategy for a new real estate project.

naming & visual identity

After we thoroughly went through the technical specs and the architectural details, we decided to build upon 2 key elements: the concept of boutique apartments (only 45 apartments) and lush green spaces.

Our vision was to infuse oriental elements to the entire story, starting with the naming: Sirajardin – Siraj = ar. Light / Jardin = fr. Garden.

The logo integrates architectural details from North Africa and arabic calligraphy, while also offering a modern twist.

ux/ui design

The Sirajardin website was created on a structure which facilitates the exploration of every apartment model, while also continuing to tell a visually coherent story.

social media strategy

The Social Media strategy gravitates around a mix of varied posts which offer the public useful information, details about the project and the benefits of living there in the future, all presented to the public with a specific Sirajardin flair.
