Sorriso Dent is a dental clinic based in Pașcani, established in 2006, known for its experienced team of doctors and for using modern technology in minimally invasive treatments.

Most dental brands communicate in a rigid, cliché way that only reinforces people’s fear of going to the dentist.

Our rebranding project aimed to set Sorriso Dent apart from the competition by creating a friendly and warm identity that makes clients feel welcome.

We started by conducting thorough research on competitors and other dental brands. From this, we identified a lack of warm, empathetic, and human-centred communication, which we saw as a real opportunity.

Based on that insight, we crafted a new visual identity that combines:

  • A pastel colour palette — designed to evoke calm and relaxation,
  • A rounded typeface — conveying friendliness and approachability,
  • An integrated symbol — a smiley face incorporating the letter ‘r’ from the name, creating a unique and memorable visual element.

With this approach, we transformed Sorriso Dent into a welcoming and friendly brand that aims to overcome patients’ fear of regular dental visits.

To communicate effectively with potential patients, we also redesigned the website, implementing the new brand identity with a focus on:

  • User experience (UX) — offering intuitive navigation and easy access to information,
  • Increasing retention rates — through an attractive and visually coherent design,
  • Boosting conversions — by simplifying online appointment bookings and providing a smooth interaction experience.
